Pros

- Lot of features that you can usually find only on more expensive software (layers, layer styles, layer mask, brushes, filters, vector layers, text transform, text on a path, align / space tools, batch process, ...)
- Lightweight
- Nice customer support

Cons

- Not ready for professional photographers (but could be good for web agencies and similar)
- Relatively new / young product, still room for improvements

Summary

If you don't use this kind of software for work, or if you use this kind of software only marginally in your work and don't want to spend a lot of money for photoshop, this one is a very nice alternative!

Some features like layer styles / fx are working better on this one than other found in other software like paint shop pro. Also compared to another famous one, The GIMP (2.8), this one has non-destructive layer style, a better gradation and text tool, and a better ui (especially if you change the default color theme to a darker one)

imho, this one really deserve to get more popularity.. So download it / try it and eventually spread the word!
