Picture Effects for Windows 8 performs some image processing functionality. Once the user has selected an image, the app will add the selected function to it. The selectable functions are Red, blue, and green color filters, brightness, contrast, grayscale, and invert functionalities, and rotate, flip, resize, and crop manipulations.
