"no support"

great as lone as it works

Cons

no support had a crash and reinstalled smart wave and for some reason it installed as non registered contacted smart wav with no response at all. I wouldn't pay for this program again when there are plenty of programs that do the same thing with plenty of support. and with rip vinyl new mp3 record one does not have to convert wave to mp3

don't waste your money on this one
