"Simply the Best Video Downloader"

Pros

Awesome application....load your YouTube Playlists right to the downloader and hit the download button on each video in your list, can also play your videos right from the same list, lots of options...no more copy paste unless downloading for 1st time and not in your playlists......totally user friendly

Totally Awesome....I've tried many many download apps and this came without all the 3rd party add-ons ....thank god....i've searched all over Google Chrome Web Store and there's nothing even close to this app

"Crappy freeware"

nothing at all.None at all

Cons

You will get a bunch of related malware.It took approx 7 hours to remove toolbars & spyware.Be carefull. Try MeldyQuest instead.

Summary

Be very careful if you install this. Better try something like VdeoZonk. . Period.

"THE VERY BEST"

Pros

Tubedownload does what alot of others don't, downloads the movies that others won't. Ii've tried alot of them, download a movies and it'll say something like "paste in a real Utube link"....put the same one in Tubedownload...no problem! awesome!

Cons

wish it were free....but it's definitely worth the money.

Downloads, converts, finds HD version, accelerates downloads, and plays!

Cons

No 64-bit but this 32-bit does play on x64 computers.

Summary

After searching for ONE program that does it ALL, I suffered for years with 2 or 3 programs that did it all step by step. This one does it all

"Powerful and easy-to-use"

*Finds hidden HD
*Fast
*Tube Player: open video file folder, it shows large thumbnails, along with their file types. Hover over it gives you the video (or audio) properties.
*Lightweight
*Batch download
*Browser: a small button in IE or FF

Cons

The only suggestion I would make to the developers is to change the default from .flv to more file types (or simply *.*). I also set Tube Player to automatically play my DVDs and other video types.

Summary

I've tried 20 video downloaders, converters and players. This is the best all around. So good I blogged about it on my web site!
