A1 Website Analyzer provides users with a way to see how a Web site operates, especially its HTML. Although the program takes a while to compile data, the impressive results are worth it.
This program is not a work of art by any stretch of the imagination thanks to tons of white space and tabs, but the navigation is intuitive. Some of the terminology used will only be familiar to those who have researched computers, so a trip to the Help file is a good idea for novices. The program's functionality was fairly simple, but very slow. Users input any Web site they would like to see and the program easily scans it. Small personal pages were interpreted instantly, while larger news sites with a lot of content took several minutes. The Web site analysis was the best part of the program, allowing users to take a close look at the page. From the number of images, HTML errors, and the actual HTML code that comprises the site, users can shuffle through and learn from all this information.
A1 Website Analyzer is so focused on its functionality that it doesn't offer much in the way of special features. Users can operate the program in one of a dozen languages. You have 30 days to give the program a try. While it takes a few minutes to finish, this program is a great download for users looking to understand how their favorite Web sites work.
A1 Website Analyzer is a web site content and structure analysis tool. It can find broken links and redirects, view the Web site structure, internal + outgoing links, and calculated importance for all pages. Get detailed stats for all pages such as HTML errors, page size, character set, last modified, response headers, response time, and download time. It can integrate with online Web site analysis tools. All information including data logged from Web site scans can be exported as XML or CSV. Web site analysis can uncover potential problems. Ensure your linking structure is pushing your important pages.
What's new in this version: Version 4.2.1 has various small fixes and improvements in the tools available.
