Efficient Sticky Notes

I had work reminders, personal reminders, phone numbers I was going to need rather than have to look them up, notes about things I needed to do to help my aging mother, such as shopping lists . . . The usage went on and on. That is exactly what I wanted and needed, enough so that I went to their website to see what other products they have.Cons- Choosing the color and font is difficult. And when dealing with a note already written changing the color of a note changes the font. You need to go back to the note and redo them.

But what really tanked the rating wasn't the software, it was the developer; their view of what men and women do is from the '50. The mildest is the description of another product "Impress your girl!" by actually remembering a date. Clearly men can't do this without help. Descriptions of products for women - the main change is that they're pink - includes reminders to pick up dry cleaning, play dates, and other 'housewife' chores. Which is fine. But I was really looking at their products because I'm working on a number of complicated professional projects

Efficient Sticky Notes Portable
Notekeeping software offers two substantial advantages over paper notes: first, handwriting recognition expertise is not required; and second, you have a better place to keep your notes than your monitor's frame. Efficient Sticky Notes Portable offers all the features of the typical e-notekeeper, with some advantages. It's free, for instance, and it's totally portable, meaning it can go with you on a thumbdrive, smartphone, or other portable device and run on any Windows PC.
Efficient Sticky Notes Portable's layout takes the familiar Explorer-style route, with a left-hand navigation panel and a main view split horizontally between a list of all notes and a preview pane for viewing individual notes. You can customize the program's look and layout, choose skins, select several display modes, add toolbars, choose display details, set transparency, and configure many other settings. In fact, we were impressed with the variety of options this free program offers, not to mention frequent small touches suggesting origins in a larger app, such as the contrasting highlighting colors for menu selections. We added a new note to the desktop with a few mouse clicks and keystrokes. The program displayed our note in a tiny rectangle in the upper-right corner of our desktop, though we could drag it anywhere as well as change the default display options. Power Notes is a software that allows you to create desktop stickers. Power Notes is a multi-featured scheduler, reminder, and organizer for Windows allowing you to create electronic stickers and display them when the time is due. The program is very easy to use and has low system requirements. The scheduler stays in the tray and does not interfere with your activities. If necessary, it can be displayed as a small toolbar on the desktop.
