Pros

Simple to use and works on lots of formats, including Canon CR2. Without the updated Camera Raw plug-in for Creative Suite, it's a lifesaver.

Cons

UI is a bit confusing.

I have downloaded this program regularly since it first appeared. The problem with this program is that there is no real time rendering of adjustments! I keep downloading this RPP thinking it will have real time adjustments, but they donâ??t happen. Its an unusable program until it can have real time rendering of adjustments!

This is a very fast application, extremely smooth, and it seems to offer a nice conversion â?? I've only played with it a bit, so I haven't compared it in detail to other solutions.
What it does offer is a very, very comprehensive EXIF data, including circle of confusion, hyper-focal distance, and other things I've never seen in image data before (but am glad to have).
Additionally, it offers a number of refinements to raw conversion â?? again, more than I have ever seen in another application. They are rather technical, and this app gives the impression that it is getting 'under the hood' rather more than, say, dXo, Photoshop ACR or Nikon View.

1. Friendly user interface
2. Fast help from a knowledgeable team
3. Affordable for both, support/maintenance and license
4. easy to install and use
5. So far, it is capable of doing everything I need to get done, and I have a lot of complex projects
6. One of the best tool I have used, it is truly making my job a lot easier

Cons

I would agree with D. Brown regarding the documentation but it is hardly an issue when you have a good support team with fast response.

Summary

Before purchasing this product I did a search looking for an ETL that is affordable and powerful. While there are plenty of powerful ETL tool, most of them cost $1000s so I'm happy I found this amazing tool that is affordable.

During the trial period, I received the same excellent support that I do as I paying user. They were able to resolve all of my issues so that I can continue my work.

This tool opened up the door for us and made complex task so easy to do. With this tool, we produce more and work less so if you are in the market for an ETL tool, look no further.

"Great Customer Support for A Powerful tool."

4.Updates made regularly to enhance the ongoing value & versatility of the tool

1. Documentation needs some updating because of the constant evolution and growth of the way the product can be utilized But any questions to the Support have typically been responded to within 24 hours.

Summary

I am working multiple types of legacy data including Access, Excel, .CSV, to Transform it into Useful data in our New Oracle CRM/ERP products and this tool is not only intuitive for a new user like myself but also comes backed by one of the most OUTSTANDING Customer Service Teams I have ever had the pleasure of working with for the last 22 years in my position. I Highly recommend this product for handling ANY type of data reporting, Transformation and Handling.

"Great product , Easy to use scalable"

Pros

I like the simplistic approach and the fact that if you have an idea then the DB software techies are quick to respond to our needy demands!

Cons

A little bit quirky in places but this isoover shadowed by the excellent support

"Very good flexible product with outstanding support"

Pros

High in functionality, simple to setup and maintain. Support is first rate both in response and in fixes to support my business needs. Ability to upgrade and manage the underlying respository is very good.

Cons

To get the most out of the product, you need to spend time tweaking the packages. Some of the best features aren't obvious, but I'm sometimes too lazy to check the manuals and the forums!

Summary

Provides me with the automation and flexibility that I need to support my customers with different database types, and even once the full cost of the product is concerned, cost is a minor factor. This product is massively improving our ability to increase what we do for our customers.
