You set the standards, not Microsoft, not tradition, just you. Saves your layout, or multiple layouts at whatever resolution you use.ConsHaven't found any.SummaryThere are two apps that perform this task that are 64bit. This is one of them. I don't rate one over the other, but at the current rate, and the attention this author is giving to DesktopOK, it will most likely 'pass' the other app in functionality. It offers everything & more at a size that is smaller then it's closest competitor in both 32 & 64bit versions.
That all by itself is a major feat of programming in today's over-sized apps. And it's 64bit version put no apparent 'byte' on the system or it's performance.
If your icons seem to drift, this is for you. If you want them to vanish and look at an open and clear desktop without the congestion but need those icons to be there when you want them, then this is more for you then you will ever know.
Try it. If you don't like it, delete it. No registry entries and mess to deal with. It's just to handy not to have. If you don't use it today, tomorrow's another day.
Try it, there's nothing not to like.

I installed it twice, it doesn't work, but now I can't remove the programs!!! I usually run on 32-bit, so I thought maybe I needed to try installing the version that doesn't say "64-bit version". It still installs as the 64-bit....which doesn't function. Now I have multiple copies of this on my laptop and can't remove ANY of them! VERY ANNOYED.Reply to this review
